Sophia's Christmas Program at Eastside Christian School Dec. 2010

A beautful program made more special because it emphasized the true meaning of Christmas.

Thanksgiving, 2010

We get together the Sunday after Thanksgiving allowing for our children to enjoy their respective families and not overeat on one day. We also take family photos and as you can see, these clowns came up with some funny poses behind my back.

Caroline's birthday is Dec. 5 and we decided to celebrate it a week early. She's here trying to cut her cake with Pat's assistance, uh, aggravation.

Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Collection at 1st Baptist LaGrange 2010

There are not words to tell how awesome it is to be part of a church preparing what ends up as 1036 shoeboxes destined to travel around the world to tell children about Jesus!

In June we celebrated both Father's Day and Brian's birthday together. You can see the cupcakes spell out "Happy Father's Day" and the cake is his birthday cake. Way too much chocolate! Sophia lounged alone in the pool on the new porch. Pat is the official ice cream scooper. Blowing out the candles is a battle between Grandpa and Sophia. No way the birthday person is going to do it, at least not alone! Sophia lounges in the pool on the porch after the eating is done.
